Spa Service FAQ's
We do offer spa services to individuals under the age of 18 as long as we have parental consent. Individuals under the age of 14 must have a parent present in the room during the service.
During all spa services, we follow strict sheet draping rules to ensure that the client remains covered except for the current area being worked on. All clients must be covered with sheeting due to health codes.
We recommend that clients receiving a spa service arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This time allows for the changing into a robe as well as some warm up time in the Sauna before entering the service. All spa guests have full access to our fitness center, including the pool, the day of their service.
We do have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service.
