Pregnancy Massage* Pregnancy massage is very gentle and effective and has

retention and releasing stress. Pregnancy massage can also help labor
preparation by teaching the mother to consciously release tension and

We do offer massage to individuals under the age of 18 as long as we have parental consent. Individuals under the age of 14 must have a parent present in the room during the service.
During all massages, we follow strict sheet draping rules to ensure that the client remains covered except for the current area being massaged. All clients must be covered with sheeting due to health codes.
We recommend that clients receiving a massage should arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This time allows for the changing into a robe as well as some warm up time in the Sauna before entering the service.
During a massage, our therapists will be able to tell from muscular tightness due to stress and posture. After the massage, our trained therapist will provide you with suggestion to extend the benefits of the massage along with other recommendations We do recommend that a client drink more water than normal during the 24 hours following a massage due to water loss that can be stimulated by the massage.
We do have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service.
